Refund policy

At DO7 Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return items or request a refund.

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
    • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
    • To complete your return, you will need to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items are exempt from being returned:

    • Downloadable software products
    • Gift cards
    • Opened software or electronic devices
    • Items marked as Final Sale or otherwise indicated as non-returnable on the product page.
  3. How to Return an Item
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@do7solutions.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how and where to send your item.

    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility

    • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email confirming receipt and approval (or rejection) of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
  2. Late or Missing Refunds

    • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@do7solutions.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@do7solutions.com, and we will guide you through the process.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee that your order will be eligible for cancellation, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
