These Terms of Service (TOS) apply to all services offered, including laptop repairs, gadget repairs, managed IT services, and sales of new and used devices.

2. Services Provided

DO7 Solutions offers the following services:

  • Laptop, Gadget, and Smartphone Repairs: We provide repair services both online (remote diagnostics) and offline at our service centers.
  • Data Recovery: Our experts can recover lost or deleted data from a range of devices.
  • Managed IT Services: We offer IT support, cloud migration, and setup for Microsoft 365 and Google Cloud.
  • Sales of New and Used Devices: We sell a variety of gadgets, including laptops, phones, and accessories, with both new and pre-used options available.
  • Pick-up and Delivery: For customers outside our service center areas, we provide a courier service for pick-up and delivery.
  • Free Diagnostics: We offer free initial diagnostics for all repair services, whether online or in-person.

3. Terms of Service for Repairs

  • Diagnosis and Estimates: After receiving your device, we will perform a free diagnosis and provide a detailed report of the problem, including repair costs and estimated turnaround times.
  • Approval: Repairs will only commence once you approve the provided estimate. Should the repair be declined, the device will be returned at no cost.
  • Turnaround Time: Repair times may vary based on the complexity of the issue. We aim for a 24-hour turnaround for common repairs, with the option for expedited services.

4. Sales and Warranties

  • Gadgets and Accessories: All sales are final unless a product is found to be defective upon receipt.
  • Pre-used Devices: We guarantee that all pre-used gadgets are fully tested and certified. Pre-used gadgets may have varying warranties, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Warranties: New gadgets come with manufacturer warranties. Pre-used gadgets include a limited 3-month warranty on hardware.

5. Pickup and Delivery Services

  • Local Service Areas: We provide pick-up and delivery services in Milton Keynes, London, Leeds, Bristol, Buckingham, and Luton. For customers outside these areas, we have partnered with reliable courier services.
  • Courier Services: If you are outside our service areas, we can arrange pick-up and delivery through our courier partners.

6. Payments

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cash-on-delivery options for sales and services.
  • Cash-on-Delivery: Available for select areas and purchases of gadgets or accessories.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: You may cancel a service request at any time before the repair begins. Once repair work has started, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds for gadgets and accessories are only applicable if the product is defective upon receipt. Repairs are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care in handling and repairing your devices, DO7 Solutions is not liable for:

  • Loss of data not backed up before service.
  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from delays in service.
  • Faults that arise from third-party services or external hardware not provided by DO7 Solutions.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected through the use of our services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

DO7 Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. By continuing to use our services after any changes are posted, you accept and agree to the modifications.

These terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
