At DO7 Solutions, we prioritize delivering both physical products and repair services efficiently and securely. We aim to maintain transparency and provide the best possible customer experience, while also protecting our business from potential risks. Below is our comprehensive shipping policy.

Shipping Fees

  • Physical Products (Worldwide Shipping):
    We offer FREE shipping for all physical products (e.g., laptops, computers, and accessories) to destinations worldwide.

  • Repair Services (UK Only):
    Our device repair services, including pick-up and delivery, are available within the UK. Shipping fees for pick-up and return of devices for repair are based on third-party courier rates, which vary depending on your location within the UK and the size of the device.

  • Combined Orders (Physical Products + Repair Services):
    For combined orders, shipping for the physical product is free, but charges for repair services will apply based on third-party courier fees.

Delivery Times

  • UK Delivery: For physical products, delivery within the UK typically takes 3 to 7 business days.

  • International Delivery (Physical Products): For customers outside the UK, international delivery may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Note on Product Availability: Some products may be unavailable in our local inventory and may need to be sourced from third-party international suppliers, which could extend delivery times beyond the typical range. We will promptly communicate any expected delays and provide an estimated delivery time. At that point, you may choose to proceed with or cancel your order. This ensures that we manage expectations effectively and reduce potential customer dissatisfaction due to delays.

Repair Services Delivery (UK Only)

  • The delivery time for repair services depends on the pick-up and delivery schedules provided by our third-party couriers. Upon booking a repair service, we will provide an estimated timeline for device collection and return.

Order Processing Times

  • Physical Products: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Repair Services: For repair services, once your booking is confirmed, we will arrange pick-up of your device. The repair and return time will vary based on the type of service required.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number for both physical product shipments and repair services once your order is dispatched. This allows you to monitor your order status in real-time.

Communication and Updates

We strive to ensure that all deliveries meet their expected timelines. However, in cases of delays (due to high demand, third-party supplier issues, or unforeseen circumstances), we will communicate any changes in the delivery schedule. You will have the option to proceed with your order or cancel it at no additional cost.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Physical Products: Orders for physical products can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Repair Services: Cancellation for repair services can be made before the device is picked up for service. Once the pick-up has occurred, cancellations may incur fees based on the courier’s charges.

Shipping Risks and Liabilities

While we take all necessary precautions to ensure smooth shipping, DO7 Solutions cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Customs delays for international deliveries
  • Third-party supplier delays

In cases of lost or damaged shipments, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and ensure that a replacement or refund is provided based on the circumstances. Customers are advised to notify us immediately if they experience any problems with their delivery.

International Shipping for Repair Services

Currently, our repair services are limited to UK customers only. We are working to extend these services to international customers in the near future.
